Alternatives are high capacity & double-row full complement bearings. Bearings with a cage can accommodate heavy radial loads, rapid acceleration and high speeds.
Full complement bearings incorporate a maximum number of rollers without a cage making them more suited to very heavy radial loads at moderate speeds.
